Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the receipt of the item to notify us of any manufacturing defects,
damage, or errors in your order.
As these are made-to-order products, returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.
To initiate a claim regarding a defect,
please contact us at elguasabeo.tienda@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
If the claim is accepted, we will provide return instructions,
and we will cover the shipping costs.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damage and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged, or incorrect.
14-day cooling-off period (European Union): If the merchandise is shipped within the EU,
you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.
The item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved,
you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
