Production time: All our products are made-to-order via Printful.
Standard production time is 2 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed.
Shipping time to the USA: Once produced, shipping takes between 3 and 7 business days.
Estimated total time from order to delivery: 5 to 12 business days.
Order tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
International shipping: We currently only ship within the United States.
Shipping issues: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect,
please contact us at elguasabeo.tienda@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt,
and we will resolve the issue at no extra cost.
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection,
as these are custom, made-to-order products.
